The Seekers Centre is an innovative healthcare facility with a focus on chronic pain and associated brain syndromes. We are seeking an exceptional person to help us deliver and validate a unique myofascial therapy, based on an exciting new paradigm with the potential to transform healthcare.
Our clinical team is led by an integrative pain MD and includes nurses and allied health providers. Since 2006, we have combined evidence-based medical treatment with Complementary and Alternative Medicine (CAM) therapies and innovative approaches to whole-person care.
The successful candidate will help establish a new clinical service that uses palpation to find and release lines of tension, guided by myofascial meridian anatomy. Patients will pay a monthly fee to receive treatment as often as needed, to guide them as they develop competence in using this approach for daily self-care.
You will be trained directly by the MD and will work with the project lead to establish protocols and deliver treatment. This is a rare opportunity to learn career-changing clinical skills and contribute to an initiative with the potential to advance medicine.
