Your future role





Take on a new challenge and apply your legal and administrative expertise in a dynamic and innovative field. You'll work alongside collaborative and detail-oriented teammates on a 3-days a week schedule.



You'll play a vital role in ensuring compliance and supporting legal operations across the organization. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (such as the Legal Function, external clients, and partners), contribute to corporate documentation activities, and much more.



You'll specifically take care of analyzing bidding documents, maintaining a technical expertise certificate data bank, and supporting legal knowledge management, but also assist in translations of legal and contractual documents.



We'll look to you for:


Analyzing bidding documents to ensure compliance and readiness Creating and maintaining a technical expertise certificate database Supporting corporate documentation activities (e.g., corporate acts, revenue services) Ensuring up-to-date information in the Commercial Registrar Assisting in the opening, closing, and modification of Alstom branches Managing and controlling Power of Attorneys issued by foreign holding companies Obtaining and updating exclusive product certificates Issuing, updating, and publishing legal procedures Supporting legal knowledge management, including library and research tasks Promoting the Alstom Code of Ethics and adhering to the highest standards of ethical conduct

Undergraduate university degree with exposure to legal courses (a degree in law is desirable) At least 2 years of experience in legal and administrative functions, gained in a corporation or law firm Familiarity with public tenders and document quality management Proficiency in English (local language is highly desirable) Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines effectively Autonomy, proactivity, and responsiveness Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset Resilience and a solution-oriented approach Business-minded with a focus on operational excellence
