Job Opportunity: Part-Time Online teaching

MUST be available Monday-Friday 8am - 3pm EST. Exact hours to be determined. THIS IS NOT AN EVENING POSITION.

Position: Part-Time Online Tutor Grades 1-8 all subjects (French an asset) and/or Grades 7-11 English and Social Studies (History/Geography)
Location: Remote
Start Date: Immediate

About the Role:
As a Part-Time Online Tutor, you will have the exciting opportunity to work with homeschooled students, providing tailored support in alignment with the Quebec Education Program. This position is ideal for individuals with a strong background in education, a knack for connecting with neurodiverse learners, and the flexibility to work in a dynamic online environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Implementing the Quebec Education Program into tutoring sessions
- Tailoring lesson plans to meet the unique needs of neurodiverse students
- Conducting engaging and interactive online sessions
- Providing constructive feedback to students and adapting teaching methods as needed
- Collaborating with parents and administration to ensure a holistic learning experience

Requirements:
- Familiarity with the Quebec Education Program
- Experience working with neurodiverse students
- Proficiency in English; proficiency in French is a strong asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Tech-savvy with the ability to conduct online tutoring sessions - Must understand Google and all its products.

Pay: $31.90-$35.42 per hour
