Canada Home Maintenance is a trusted local company specializing in home repair and maintenance services. We are looking for a motivated and organized individual to join our team part-time as an Office Clerk & Call Marketing Representative.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general office tasks such as filing, data entry, and document organization
Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with inquiries professionally
Make outbound calls to promote our services and follow up with potential clients
Keep accurate records of calls and customer interactions
Schedule appointments and support day-to-day office operations
Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in office administration or telemarketing is a plus
Excellent communication and phone skills
Friendly and professional demeanor
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email; CRM knowledge is a plus)
Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
