Valet Driver

to join our service team. As the face of our brand, you will be responsible for the seamless pickup and delivery of guest vehicles, ensuring that the Genesis "At Home" experience is executed with the highest level of care and sophistication.


This is a vital role for someone who enjoys driving, values punctuality, and takes pride in delivering exceptional white-glove service.

Key Responsibilities

Vehicle Concierge:

Safely pick up and drop off customer vehicles for service appointments at their homes or offices.

Brand Ambassador:

Greet guests with a professional demeanor, representing the Genesis luxury brand in every interaction.

Service Support:

Assist the service department with various tasks as required, including moving vehicles on the lot and maintaining a clean work environment.

Quality Control:

Ensure vehicles are handled with extreme care and returned to guests in pristine condition.

Documentation:

Complete necessary paperwork or digital logs accurately for vehicle handovers.

Requirements

Professionalism:

Must be personable, well-groomed, and possess excellent communication skills.

Driving Record:

A valid Ontario Driver's License with a

clean driver's abstract

is mandatory.

Resilience:

Comfortable driving for extended periods and operating vehicles safely in

all weather conditions

(rain, snow, and night driving).

Reliability:

Punctual and able to work flexible part-time shifts within our Monday-Friday service hours.
