We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation and a strong understanding of kitchen operations. As a Line Cook, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality meals to our guests while maintaining the standards of food safety and cleanliness in the kitchen. Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards. Assist in the setup and breakdown of the kitchen stations. Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal service. Monitor food quality during preparation and presentation. Adhere to all health and safety guidelines in the kitchen.

Qualifications

Previous experience in food preparation or cooking within a restaurant setting is preferred. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends as needed. A passion for the food industry and meal preparation is essential.
