The Pierre Lassonde School of Fine Arts at Mount Allison University invites applications to teach ARTH/DRAM 3991: Film Noir for the spring term (May 1-June 16, 2023), as a part-time (per-student payment model) position. This course is designed to enrich student learning in film-related genres and to support our Art History program offerings. This course is also cross-listed as a Screen Studies course (housed in the Drama Department). The anticipated class size is 20 students. The course will be taught scheduled-online five hours per week for a condensed seven-week period. Modes of delivery are Office 365 Teams, with Moodle as a platform. Candidates should have Ph.D. degree or ABD in Film or Screen Studies.
