Part Time Laser & Neuro Therapy Technician In Integrative Medicine Clinic

Your day:





Managing a schedule of one-on-one appointments, building rapport with a variety of patient populations while physically setting up neuromodulation, biofeedback and low-intensity laser equipment and concurrently operating the appropriate software Spending time confidently educating your patients and answering questions about their treatment plan (as provided by the prescribing practitioner) and accurately document treatment details during and after each appointment Educating individuals on their mind/body metrics and what it means to them Maintaining cleanliness of your treatment room and equipment; informing your team lead when supplies are running low and adhering to all hygiene policies set forth by the employer Timely and respectful communication with other Neurvana team members; in person as well as through electronic means Attending weekly meetings, workshops/seminars and webinars during regular and sometimes irregular working hours Professionalism is required at all times on shift, or anywhere else you would represent Neurvana Health (public events, meetings, etc)



The ideal candidate:





Possesses formal education or training in human anatomy and physiology; and/or a willingness to enroll in additional education as requested Is comfortable with neuroanatomical and neurophysiological terminology (post-secondary education specific to this field is an asset)*
Has experience operating both basic and complex computer software programs and the ability to troubleshoot software programs swiftly and independently Is comfortable with being in close contact with others and empathetically holding space for individuals from all walks of life Is able to work independently, take initiative, manage time and function effectively without continuous direction Values the fundamentals of health, actively participates in personal healthy practices, and has a desire to help others achieve their optimal health and wellness Enhances the department and clinic reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; and exploring opportunities to add value to the organization Experience in a private clinic setting is an asset*







What to expect
