The Paint Garden

, a community-focused paint workshop and art events company. As a Key Holder & Team Lead, you will support day-to-day studio operations while helping guide the team and contribute to business development. You'll work closely with leadership on strategy, marketing, and overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Open and close the studio independently Lead a small team during paint sessions and private events Ensure a fun, sociable and safe environment for guests Assist with marketing initiatives and outreach strategies Embrace a variety of settings, including unique workshops that may include cannabis-friendly sessions (not often). Maintain a flexible schedule, including weekend evenings and weekend daytime hours (not often). Support planning, scheduling and organization of events Communicate effectively with team members and management Provide solutions and problem-solve efficiently Maintain studio cleanliness, product restock and setup

Job Requirements

The

ideal candidate should have:

Proven experience in team leadership or supervisory roles Strong multitasking abilities Exceptional interpersonal skills, initiative, and reliability. Friendly, sociable, and great at customer interaction Willingness to take on event setup, teardown, and occasional physical tasks. Solution-oriented mindset (no complainers!) Excellent communication skills and a fast learner Patience, adaptability, and enthusiasm Hardworking, reliable and motivated Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment Willing to learn and grow alongside the company College diploma or higher required Candidate must be able to work on Saturday evenings and every other Sunday noon/mid-day, no exceptions.
