The Role:

As a Technical Procurement Specialist you will be primarily responsible for handling the day to day procurement of IT equipment for our clients, coordinate with clients and technicians on upgrades coming up or recommend new equipment as needed. You will also be assisting in assisting on Level 1 network and system administration tasks through out the day.

Your success will be achieved by:

  • Communicate with clients via phone calls, emails and conference calls to ensure their requirements are accurate identified
  • Manage the procurement process with our vendors, and ensure successful delivery of hardware and software
  • Ensure all products are properly received and billed in a timely manner
  • Assist with the day to day management of relationships with our clients and vendors, in conjunction with management
  • Provide advice and guidance as the subject matter expert to ensure successful ongoing usage and adoption of Netdigix
  • Assist with the day to day Triage and dispatch of IT tickets to our technicians, based on company matrix model
  • Design and develop innovative solutions to client requirements
  • Undertake discovery and education activities to identify opportunities for usage across organizational functions and processes
  • Providing superb technical support and customer service, maintaining a high customer survey satisfaction score
  • Updating support tickets with detailed information and accurately creating and maintaining client documentation including updating our Configuration Database
  • Following our standard operating procedures where possible, and assisting management in creating new operating procedures

  • Strong communications skills to include written/oral English
  • Effective coordination, follow-up and time management skills

  • A positive personality and attitude, and an eagerness to learn and improve
  • High school diploma
  • Available to work onsite
  • Valid Driver\'s license and personal Vehicle to use for work purposes
