Diamond House | Golden Health Care Inc. in Warman, SK is looking for one housekeeper to join our strong team. We are located on 700 Ballesteros Cres. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, and hard-working. Position open is part time and on a term basis.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization within a care home settings, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment for residents. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where excellent customer service and organizational skills are highly valued. Fluency in English is required. The Housekeeper will play a vital role in delivering high-quality cleaning services while demonstrating professionalism and attention to detail.

Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of common spaces, including bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas Manage laundry services, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens Prepare meals or assist with basic cooking tasks as needed Maintain organized storage of cleaning supplies and household items Ensure all areas are sanitized and meet health standards Provide exceptional customer service by addressing residents needs and preferences Communicate effectively with residents Manage time efficiently to complete assigned tasks within scheduled timeframes Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization consistently throughout each shift

Experience

Prior experience is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently Excellent communication skills in English with active listening skills Proven ability to perform cleaning duties with attention to detail and professionalism Experience in laundry services and basic cooking is desirable Demonstrated time management skills to ensure timely completion of duties Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of quality will require the following courses. Food safety, first aid, Whmis, PCW, Medication Assistance, Infection Control, TLR, GPA. Many but not all of these courses are offered in house.
