Find and Seek is a puzzle adventure escape room located in Vancouver's International Village Mall. Our mission is to provide customers with an exciting, unique and fully immersive experience, while encouraging collaboration.

We are looking for a part-time front desk associate to join our team. The successful candidate must be available to work from 12PM on Saturdays and Sundays, with additional availability on Fridays or other weekdays strongly preferred. Employment hours offered are currently limited, but are likely to be increased during our summer extended hours.

Your responsibilities will include:

Greeting customers and addressing queries by phone and in-person Payment processing and operation of the reservation system Presenting an introduction/storyline to customers prior to game-play Occasional cleaning to maintain cleanliness of premises Future responsibilities may include oversight of customers' gaming experience (additional training will be provided).
Your attributes/skills include:

Strong communication skills, with the ability to maintain a professional and friendly demeanor Good attention to detail Ability to thrive under pressure Payment processing experience is preferable Experience with electronics and basic furniture repair, or similar, is an asset.
