Duties and Responsibilities:
Answer, screen and forward/manage telephone calls in a helpful and professional manner
Greet on-site prospective/current clients and Realtors
Schedule and confirm property appointments
Answering emails and dealing with them accordingly
Upload listings and make changes to the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) system
Maintain organization and cleanliness of office at all times
Create marketing materials
Accepting Deposit Cheques
Filing/scanning
Required Education, Skills and Qualifications:
MLS/TREB, WebForms, Microsoft Word/Excel, Google Apps and Online Applications experience preferred
Excellent Computer Skills
Excellent Customer Service Skills
Excellent Telephone Skills
Superior attention to detail
Real estate admin experience preferred
Must have reception experience in an office setting
