In this role, you will be responsible for creating delicious baked goods while ensuring the highest standards of food safety. Your expertise in cake decorating, food preparation, and cooking will play a vital role in our kitchen operations and contribute to our commitment to quality.
Responsibilities
Preparing small batches of baked goods, ensuring adherence to recipes and presentation standards.
Portion, package, and label orders for distribution
Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and food safety
Occasionally support special orders for events or collaborations
Decorate cakes and pastries with creativity and precision to meet customer specifications.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, following all food safety protocols.
Handle food products safely and efficiently during preparation, cooking, and packaging processes.
Assist in inventory management by tracking supplies and reporting shortages as needed.

Experience

Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
Reliable communication and commitment to quality
Familiarity with food handling practices and food safety regulations is crucial for maintaining a safe kitchen environment.
