We are a growing business with multi-channel sales (brick-and-mortar, e-commerce, and wholesale). Our financial operations are diverse and require a detail-oriented, experienced professional to ensure accuracy and efficiency in our bookkeeping and financial workflows.
The Role
We are seeking an
experienced and certified Bookkeeper/Financial Assistant
to manage key financial tasks, including:
Posting daily sales and customer payments from multiple platforms (Shopify, POS, Faire, PayPal, Afterpay, etc.)
Recording and categorizing expenses
Processing and paying supplier invoices
Managing accounts payable/receivable
Reconciling bank and credit card accounts
Supporting accurate month-end reporting for management and tax preparation
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years bookkeeping or accounting experience
(required)
Bookkeeping and/or Accounting certification
(preferred/required)
Strong knowledge of
QuickBooks Online
(or similar accounting software)
Experience with multi-channel retail/e-commerce finances is an asset
High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality
Strong organizational and time-management skills
