Position Summary

To provide guests of Pan Pacific Whistler Village Centre with a memorable Food & Beverage experience including breakfast and banquet service.

Responsibilities:

Provide prompt, efficient and friendly service

This role requires you to wear multiple hats; act as a Server, Banquet Server, Host/Hostess, Busser and Ski Valet on occasion

Prepare food items as needed

Clean up work areas, including dishwashing and storage

Prepare sections and side stations for service

Ensure that buffet table is continually prepped, stocked and clean, and that guest requests are met

Prepare, clean buffet tables as necessary for service standards

Maintain table and service - in particular coffee and cream refreshing

Clear tables and resets tables for guests

Attend to guest complaints and ensures that they are directed to the Breakfast Supervisor or Duty Manager

Ensure all duties on task list are completed

Assist in training new associates

Perform other related duties as required

Qualifications:

Excellent command of English Second language is an asset BC Driver's license required
Please note this is an early morning position with shifts starting at 6am.
