Job Description

Edmund Pharmacy has been faithfully serving the Markham community for over 30 years. Our staff enjoy a supportive work environment and great job stability.

NOTE: The newly hired pharmacist will always be partnered with another pharmacist(s)



Lots of technician help available as part of larger team Check prescriptions for accuracy Participate in data entry into Kroll for dispensing Providing pharmaceutical care (not limited to: counselling OTC and prescription medications, advising on health management, collaborating with other health care professionals to resolve and document drug interactions etc.) Vaccinate for COVID, flu shots etc. Wages are notably competitive and commensurate with experience/scope
Qualifications

Bachelor of pharmacy Be a licensed pharmacist in Ontario in good standing Strong verbal and written communication skills Must be fluent in spoken Cantonese. Mandarin is a bonus. Ability to work in and solve problems in fast paced environment with rest of the pharmacy team Exceptional customer service Computer proficiency Experience in retail pharmacy and with Kroll preferred Salary will be competitive/higher than chain stores due to increased scope of practice at an independent

Pay: $48.00-$52.00 per hour

Schedule:

Day shift Evening shift Monday to Friday Weekends as needed
