highly organized, detail-oriented Administrative & Personal Assistant
to support a small, fast-paced office in downtown Vancouver. You will work directly under close supervision, managing a combination of
business administration
and
personal support tasks
. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thrives under structure, and can handle multiple priorities with precision.
Schedule
Part-time hours: 25 - 30 per week over four weekdays
(Monday-Friday)
9:30 AM - 3:30 PM
Key Responsibilities
Administrative:
Edit and format documents in
Microsoft Word, Excel, and PDF
Perform basic bookkeeping in Excel; coordinate with vendors
Maintain organized filing systems (digital and paper)
Troubleshoot basic office technology
Personal Assistant:
Schedule personal and business appointments
Make reservations and coordinate errands
Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Requirements
Must
be able to work onsite in downtown Vancouver four days per week -- this is
not
a remote or hybrid position
Minimum 1 year of experience as an
Assistant
or in a similar role
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PDF editing
Excellent computer literacy and ability to troubleshoot basic tech issues
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Comfortable with multitasking and following detailed instructions
Strong time management and organizational skills
Fluent in written and spoken English
