We are currently hiring

two Part-Time Early Childhood Educators

for long-term roles:

We are dedicated to supporting children's growth, development, and curiosity through meaningful play and learning experiences.

Morning Educator (7:00am - 10:00am):

Must have opening experience.

Afternoon Educator (2:45pm - 5:45/6:00pm):

Must have experience with

closing a center

.
In addition to these core hours, there will be

opportunities for additional hours

covering staff absences, professional development days, and other needs. Educators hired into these positions will also receive

first consideration for additional or expanded hours

as they become available.

This is a long-term opportunity - we are looking for educators who are committed to growing with our team, not those who are only seeking temporary employment while pursuing other positions.

Responsibilities:

Provide nurturing, responsive care and foster positive relationships with children and families Implement play-based, engaging, and developmentally appropriate programming aligned with the FLIGHT framework and our center's philosophy Support smooth daily transitions, including arrival/departure, meals, rest, and routines Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment Fulfill opening or closing duties with reliability and professionalism

Qualifications:

Minimum

Level 2 or Level 3 certification in Early Childhood Education

(required) Previous experience with

opening or closing responsibilities

in a licensed childcare setting Strong understanding of child development and play-based learning Current First Aid certification or willingness to obtain Vulnerable sector police clearance (dated within the last 6 months) Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
