Our new dental assistant must be a "people person", likeable and know what it means to offer exceptional customer service and how to be a great team player. They will be focused on making sure that every patient has an exceptional experience at our office. This person will be able to see opportunities to make a patient's experience better at our office. A positive outlook is a must and they must always be striving to make people happy!
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting the dentist during procedures, such as passing instruments, managing patient care, and maintaining a sterile environment Key responsibilities involve preparing treatment rooms, greeting and seating patients, taking and processing X-rays, sterilizing equipment, updating patient charts and educating patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care
Experience:
Dental Assistant Certification Successful completion of a Dental Assisting course Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role would be an asset Friendly and approachable! Positive Attitude Goal oriented Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining professionalism at all times
Job Type: Part-time , Tuesdays 9-5pm with opportunity to add hours as practice grows.
