:
Supervise participants throughout all programmed activities
Maintain safety and security of all participants
Ensure that a 1:4 ratio is kept at all times
Always maintain an open dialogue with parents, guardians and co workers
Complete sign in/sign out and attendance sheets
Complete all paperwork (incident reports, behavioural logs, communication logs, etc.) as required
Adhere to confidentiality agreements
Prep materials required for daily programming
Administrative Duties:
Ensure the appropriate paperwork is completed
Work on Progress Reports and Client Goals
Summarize the shift in the communication book at the end of each day
Expectations:
Attend all scheduled staff meetings and debriefings
Arrive on time for your shifts and clock in accordingly
Give as much notice as possible if unable to make a shift and notify the Director
Come dressed in comfortable, appropriate staff attire
Remain calm and professional when dealing with parents, guardians and members of the public
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
