Scholars Education Centre is a locally owned educational facility that strives to find the best team of teachers to help students reach their highest potential. The successful candidate will be responsible for instructing students up to a 3:1 ratio on an as needed basis. The candidate should have experience teaching higher grade level Math - especially

Data Management

and should be passionate to help our students learn and grow.

The candidate will be responsible for teaching Math to students from grades 9-12. We are looking for someone who is experienced and patience to teach different subjects in different grades at the same time.

Here's what we're looking for:

? Ontario Certified Teacher is preferred

? Candidates in Teachers College or university designation towards math and sciences are also encouraged to apply.

? Previous experience working with students is an asset.

? Excellent English oral and written skills.

? A passion to help students reach their potential.

? Exceptionally organized and high attention to detail.

? Ability to teach groups of up to 3 students.

? Must be able to teach math up to grade 12, including the following subjects: Data Management, Advanced Functions, Calculus and Vectors.

Candidates must be able to work a minimum of three shifts per week within our hours of operation below.

? Monday - Thursday, 3:00 - 8:00 pm

? Saturdays, 9:00 am - 2:00 pm

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
