We are hiring for a part time Customer Service Rep. You will be the first point of contact for our members. Your role is crucial in creating a welcoming and positive atmosphere. You will be responsible for a variety of admin and housekeeping tasks. Your excellent communication skills and friendly personality will help us maintain the high standards of customer service that our members expect.

The right candidate will possess the following qualifications:

Excellent customer service skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Basic knowledge of gym equipment and fitness terminology is an advantage Proficient in using computer systems and office software A positive attitude and passion for health and fitness Detail oriented Can work efficiently on their own and be a team player.
