Customer Service Representative (Part-Time)

Motorcoach Division - Keolis Canada

Averaging 30 hours a week| Days, evenings, and weekends | $17.00/hr

What You'll Do:

Greet and assist customers in person, over the phone, or online Book, change, and cancel ticket reservations Process payments and handle cash transactions Support customers with our online booking system Help with check-in, luggage storage, and boarding Answer inquiries with kindness and accuracy Keep the ticket office organized and stocked Perform light cleaning and basic administrative tasks

What We're Looking For:

Flexible availability (days, evenings, weekends, and split shifts Ability to work from either of our Calgary location is required + North Calgary (304 - 35 Avenue NE)
+ Downtown Calgary (606 5 Ave SW)
A friendly, service-first attitude Strong verbal communication skills Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities Quick learner with great attention to detail Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable using a computer Reliable team player who works well independently Employment is contingent upon receiving a favorable background check.
