Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Crew Members to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced food service environment. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience in the food industry, develop customer service skills, and work in a collaborative setting. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, strong attention to sanitation, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Previous restaurant or food industry experience is a plus but not required; we provide comprehensive training to ensure your success.

Responsibilities

Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and safety standards Operate POS systems for order processing and cash handling Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and ensuring guest satisfaction Manage food safety and sanitation protocols to maintain a clean and safe work environment Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, including upselling menu items when appropriate Assist in maintaining a clean kitchen and dining area, adhering to sanitation standards Support team members during busy periods by performing various duties such as serving, food prep, or cleaning Demonstrate effective time management to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer service

Experience

Previous experience in food service, restaurant operations, cashiering, or the food industry is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided Familiarity with food handling, safety procedures, and sanitation practices is advantageous Basic math skills are necessary for cash handling and order management Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members Experience with POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus but not required Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and cleanliness

Availability (no buses run late--you should be able to get home on your own)

7pm/8pm-1am

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.60 per hour

Expected hours: 9 - 20 per week
