Our lasagnas are made from scratch using traditional recipes passed down through generations -- combining rich flavors, homemade bechamel, and quality ingredients.
We operate as a

ghost kitchen

, focused exclusively on

production and catering

(no in-person customer service).

About the Role:

We're looking for a

part-time cook (15-20 hours per week)

to manage

all kitchen production independently

.
You'll be

fully autonomous

, in charge of preparing

three types of lasagna

using our ready-to-follow recipes, and managing

food orders twice per week

.

Production hours are usually

in the morning

, with

flexibility

to start at any time -- as long as the work is completed by

2 PM

.
Each production session typically lasts

3-4 hours

, depending on volume.

Responsibilities:

Prepare lasagnas according to established recipes and quality standards Maintain taste, presentation, and consistency across all batches Manage food and ingredient orders twice per week Ensure hygiene and food safety standards are always met Keep the kitchen organized and clean after each session Work independently without supervision and manage your own schedule

Requirements:

Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant required

Experience with

Italian cuisine or lasagna preparation

is a strong asset Highly

What We Offer:
