Part-Time Collections Agent

Are you an early bird or a night owl with excellent communication skills? We're seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Part-Time Collections Agents.

:

As a Part-Time Collections Agent, you will be responsible for visiting clients' homes during early morning or evening hours to collect payments on overdue accounts. This role requires a professional demeanor, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct in-person visits to clients' residences during specified hours Professionally communicate with clients regarding their outstanding balances Collect payments and provide receipts Maintain accurate records of collection activities Report daily collection results to the management team
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings/evenings and/or weekends as required Strong attention to detail and record-keeping abilities Professional appearance and demeanor

Hours:

Early morning shifts: 7:30 AM - 9:00 AM
Evening shifts: 5:30 PM - 9:00 PM
