Fractional Clinical Director

to ensure clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, and a unified standard of care across our locations.

Position Overview:



The Fractional Clinical Director is responsible for providing strategic clinical leadership, supporting regulatory compliance, mentoring providers, and elevating care quality across the CorsaHealth network. This role is ideal for an experienced clinician or healthcare executive who thrives in innovative care delivery models and is passionate about making wellness more accessible.

Key Responsibilities:



Provide oversight and leadership across all clinical disciplines (e.g., physiotherapy, chiropractic, massage therapy, nutrition) Develop, implement, and audit clinical protocols, workflows, and documentation standards Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory colleges and professional standards Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training of clinical staff and locums Facilitate interdisciplinary collaboration and case discussions Lead periodic quality assurance reviews and client satisfaction initiatives Collaborate with operations and business development to align care delivery with brand goals Serve as a clinical advisor for marketing, education, and strategic growth initiatives

Qualifications:



Licensed healthcare professional (e.g., PT, DC, RMT, RD) in good standing in Ontario Minimum 5 years of clinical experience, preferably in a multidisciplinary or leadership setting Demonstrated understanding of college regulations and compliance standards (e.g., CPO, CCO, CMTO) Strong leadership, communication, and mentorship skills Experience in startups, community clinics, or mobile care delivery models is an asset Comfort with hybrid work and occasional site visits across GTA

Pay: $50.00-$70.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 per week

Monday to Friday Weekends as needed

Have you held a leadership or supervisory position in a healthcare or wellness clinic before? Please briefly describe your role and responsibilities. What strategies have you used in the past to improve clinic performance, efficiency, or patient satisfaction? Are you comfortable being accountable for compliance with health regulatory standards (e.g., advertising, documentation, infection control) as they relate to your college's expectations? Given this is a part-time role, what is your availability each week (days and hours), and how would you ensure leadership presence and communication with the team? Are you open to taking on both clinical and administrative responsibilities (e.g., mentoring clinicians, reviewing files, overseeing compliance)? What would be your approach to supporting a clinic operated by a non-practitioner owner while ensuring full compliance with professional college guidelines?
