Part-Time Client Services Representative
to join our team for10-20 hours per week
,Monday, Saturday, and occasional Friday availability required
.What You'll Do:
Welcome clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism Assist with check-ins, scheduling, and payments Answer phones and help clients with questions
Learn to triage patients and assess the urgency of concerns
to determine appropriate booking timelinesProvide top-notch customer service
to support clients during routine visits and stressful momentsGuide clients and their pets through the process of getting the care they need
, from first contact to follow-up Support our veterinary team with a variety of front-desk and administrative tasks Keep our lobby organized, clean, and invitingWhat We're Looking For:
A friendly, reliable communicator who loves helping people and animals Someone who can stay calm, upbeat, and organized in a busy environment Basic computer skills and a willingness to learn Prior customer service experience is a plus, but not required Minimum of 18 years of age
