Overview


We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing front desk operations, and ensuring efficient office management. This role requires strong communication skills, proficiency in various software applications, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The Clerk will play a vital role in maintaining smooth operations and delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities



Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and answering inquiries with professionalism. Assist with filing, organizing documents, and maintaining an orderly office environment. Assist with marking student assignments, printing, and preparing student materials. Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records. Support bookkeeping tasks as required, including basic accounting functions. Collaborate with team members to enhance office efficiency and workflow.

Experience



Proven experience in clerical or administrative roles is preferred. Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus for bookkeeping responsibilities. Bilingual candidates (Eng/Chin) are encouraged to apply to assist diverse clientele effectively. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a busy environment. Proficient computer /IT skills, including experience in social media management. Experience with office management tasks and customer service is highly valued. Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour
