J and C Building Cleaning is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented
Cleaner
to join our team for a seasonal position at the Curling Club inRichmond, Ontario
. This part-time, overnight position is ideal for someone who enjoys independent work in a quiet environment.Schedule:
Monday Morning:
Between 1:00 AM - 8:00 AM (2.5 hours paid
)Tuesday Morning:
Between 1:00 AM - 8:00 AM (3 hours paid
)Wednesday Morning:
Between 1:00 AM - 8:00 AM (2.5 hours paid
)Thursday Morning:
Between 1:00 AM - 8:00 AM (3 hours paid
)Cleaning must be completed during the window above. Specific start times are flexible, as long as the work is finished before 8:00 AM.
Responsibilities:
Clean and sanitize the following areas: 1 men's washroom (2 urinals, 2 stalls) 1 women's washroom (3 stalls) 1 two-piece bathroom Perform general cleaning tasks: sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting Empty garbage and recycling bins Restock supplies (soap, toilet paper, paper towels, etc.) Report any maintenance or repair needs Follow all cleaning procedures and safety protocols
Requirements:
Prior experience in commercial cleaning is an asset Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Familiarity with cleaning products and tools Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift during the shift Must be reliable and punctual
Must have own transportation (no public transit available in this area)
Job Types: Part-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 7 months
Pay: $18.20-$19.50 per hour
Expected hours: 11 per week
