We're looking for reliable and flexible Security Guards to support our team in

Moncton,

Fredericton, Bathurst and Tracadie.

Whether it's providing static coverage, event security, or stepping in on short notice, this part-time / casual position is perfect for someone who wants to gain experience, stay active, and possibly grow into a full-time role.

Shifts are based on operational needs, offering flexibility and variety for candidates open to on-call and Ad-Hoc assignments.

Responsibilities for Casual Security Guard

Monitor security systems to detect any suspicious activity Document events and incidents by writing detailed reports Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats Conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety of the premises Control access to secured areas and verify visitor identification Analyze security systems to identify vulnerabilities or potential malfunctions Collaborate with law enforcement in the event of a serious situation or emergency Remain available and flexible to work on-call assignments, sometimes with minimal notice Be available for a variety of shifts, including daytime and overnight coverage

Qualifications for Casual Security Guard

Legally authorized to work in Canada Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle or reliable transportation. First Aid/CPR certification (considered an asset) Strong report writing skills and attention to detail Good vision and the ability to stay focused and alert for extended periods Comfortable using technology and security-related tools/systems
