We are seeking a part-time instructor specializing in

CASPer

and

MMI (Multiple Mini Interview)

preparation. The ideal candidate is familiar with CASPer/MMI content, able to help students develop strong response strategies, and demonstrates patience, professionalism, and strong communication skills.This role involves guiding

high school and undergraduate students

as they prepare for

university admissions and professional schools

, including

medical, dental, and related programs

.

Qualifications (Preferred):

Master's or PhD degree in

neuroscience, biology, chemistry, medical school, dental school, or a related field

(completed or in progress). Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Prior tutoring or teaching experience is an asset. Fluency in English; Mandarin is an asset.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver engaging

CASPer

and

MMI

preparation lessons in both classroom and online settings. Guide students in improving

critical thinking, communication, and ethical reasoning

skills. Customize content to meet individual student needs and ensure thorough understanding. Provide constructive feedback, grade assignments, and track student progress. Utilize multimedia and technology to enhance the learning experience. Maintain professionalism and punctuality (arrive 10 minutes early). Actively participate in meetings, training, and professional development sessions. Communicate regularly with the Department Head and respond promptly to business communications.
