Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one coaching to students and early-career professionals, focusing on job search strategies, resume/cover letter improvement, and interview preparation. Help clients strengthen communication skills and develop confidence to achieve better interview results. Design tailored coaching plans to meet individual career goals. Conduct mock interviews and provide detailed feedback on performance. Track client progress and adjust guidance methods as needed.

Qualifications

4+ years

of professional industry experience, with a strong willingness to mentor and support others. Bachelor's degree in a

STEM

field preferred. Prior teaching, tutoring, or mentoring experience is an asset. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to explain concepts clearly and motivate clients. Mandarin language proficiency strongly preferred. Flexible availability, including evenings or weekends if needed.

Familiarity with recruitment and hiring processes across industries. Ability to design structured coaching materials and interview preparation resources. Experience working with students, new graduates, or career changers. Knowledge of LinkedIn optimization and other networking/job search platforms.
