We're looking for a

Business Analyst

to help us understand how our clients run their businesses.

You'll work directly with owners, managers, and staff to document workflows, find bottlenecks, and turn observations into practical insights.

What You'll Do

Conduct ethnographic interviews and on-site observations to understand real workflows Map out client business models using process and value-stream diagrams Identify inefficiencies, pain points, and automation opportunities Work with our Solutions Design team to translate business needs into technical requirements Build visual process documentation (swim lanes, RACI charts, BusinessOS maps) Create client-facing summaries that connect business outcomes to IT strategy Support the development of internal BusinessOS templates and playbooks Help track measurable results (time saved, reduced friction, improved experience)

What You Bring

2-3 years of direct Business Analyst experience

in a similar or relevant role

Formal education in business, management, or information systems

is a bonus

Proven real-world BA experience

that aligns closely with the responsibilities above Strong interviewing and listening skills--comfortable talking with all levels of staff Ability to simplify and visualize complex business processes Familiarity with tools like Lucidchart, Miro, or Visio Knowledge of Microsoft 365 environments is an asset Experience with MSPs or small/medium businesses is a plus

Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
