We're on the Hunt for a Book Keeping Superstar!
We are looking for a reliable
part-time bookkeeper
to support our financial operations. This role is very flexible in terms of the weekly hours you require and can be a mix of remote and on-site work. Our books have been professionally managed so you would be starting with organized books and working with our accountant.
Main Responsibilities:
Compliance Bookkeeping
Bank Account Reconciliation
Manage Dext for receipt and invoice processing
Maintain QuickBooks and reconcile accounts
Prepare and process CRA payments (GST/HST, payroll remittances)
Handle expense reports and reimbursements
Communicate with accountants as needed
Optional Responsibilities:
Payroll Processing
Dayend/Month End drawer reconciliation
Deposits/Tip Payouts
Accounts Payables
Requirements:
Proven bookkeeping experience in Canada
Strong knowledge of QuickBooks and CRA reporting
Detail-oriented and organized
Ability to work independently and manage deadlines

Flexible part-time

Hybrid - remote & on-site visits

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
