Fairmont Winnipeg is looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys creating memorable guest experiences while crafting high-quality cocktails in a fast-paced, luxury environment.


What you will be doing:

Ensure all guest service requests are fulfilled promptly and efficiently, consistently exceeding guest expectations Deliver exceptional, friendly, and professional service at all times Manage beverage inventory, ordering, and product security Stock, clean, and maintain the bar to established standards Accurately process and handle all guest bills Perform opening and closing duties of the bar Assist on the floor as required to support overall service operations


Qualifications

Previous serving experience in a high volume, fine dining/upscale restaurant or lounge required, 2-3 years minimum. Strong wine knowledge and excellent working knowledge of specialty spirits, wines and beers required. Certification in F&B or Wine Stewarding an asset. Good comfort level with F&B POS system. "Smart Choices" responsible liquor service certification required. Strong classic cocktails knowledge. Creating craft cocktails is an asset. Service oriented, team player, flexible in high paced environment and able to handle pressure with grace.
