to coach students at Kipling Collegiate Institute. The successful candidate will be responsible for coaching and mentoring students, developing their badminton skills, and fostering teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship.
Responsibilities:
Plan and lead badminton practices and training sessions.
Provide instruction on techniques, strategies, and fitness related to badminton.
Organize and supervise matches, tournaments, and team activities.
Motivate and mentor students, encouraging both skill development and positive attitudes.
Ensure a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all participants.
Qualifications:
Previous experience playing or coaching badminton (school, club, or competitive level).
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with students, staff, and school administration.
Reliability, punctuality, and enthusiasm for youth development.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 4 per week
