The
Adventure School Administrative Assistant
supports the
Adventure School Manager
in coordinating private lessons, group programs, and camps. This role focuses on lesson booking, instructor coordination, guest communication, and general administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
Book and manage private lessons and camp registrations using Mountain OS software
Maintain accurate schedules, instructor availability, and participant records
Provide friendly, professional service to guests, instructors, and parents
Assist with equipment rentals, check-ins, and troubleshooting scheduling issues
Support program marketing by updating digital listings and creating simple promotional materials
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and customer service skills
Experience in administration, scheduling, or guest services
Proficient in MS Office and familiar with social media platforms
Reliable transportation and flexible availability (weekends/evenings required)
Resort or Snow School experience an asset
