Key Responsibilities:
Managing accounts payable and receivable
Processing payroll
Preparing and filing HST
Generating quarterly financial reports
General administrative support as needed
What We're Looking For:
Prior experience with bookkeeping and administrative support (experience with Sage is a bonus)
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
