Part Time Administrative Assistant English & Mandarin Speaking

Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic, ambitious, and very organized individual to provide support to a busy and growing Real Estate Team! This person will actively support and assist our team in building our business and forming long-term business relationships.

Markham, ON

Job Type:

Part-time, Permanent

? Monday - Friday (weekends as needed)

? 10 am - 4 pm

Wage:

$18.00 - $22.00 hourly

Real estate admin experience preferred. Wage based on experience.



Key Responsibilities:



Marketing & Communications:



Create, edit, and publish engaging content across various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, and Chinese platforms like WeChat and Xiaohongshu (Red Note). Draft and format compelling articles and posts for marketing campaigns. Design advertising templates and edit short video content for platforms like YouTube using basic tools like Photoshop, Canva, CapCut, etc.,. Conduct phone calls with other agents to gather showing feedback for properties.

Administrative & Client Support:



Prepare and print client documents for meetings and presentations. Perform data entry, maintain databases, and assist with basic bookkeeping tasks. Efficiently utilize and adapt existing document templates (PPT, Word, Excel) for various needs. Assist with paperwork related to client transactions.

Field & Operational Support:



Conduct external errands, including placing and retrieving property for-sale signs and lockboxes (Occasionally). Assist with property staging preparations as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements:



Bilingual Proficiency:

Fluent in both English and Mandarin (written and verbal) is essential for client and agent communication.

Technical Skills:

High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PPT, Word, Excel) and social media platforms. Experience with basic graphic design (e.g., Photoshop) and video editing is a strong asset.

Organizational Skills:

Exceptional attention to detail, strong data management, and excellent time-management abilities.

Personal Attributes:

Professional, courteous, patient, and possesses a strong sense of responsibility. Must be a quick learner and a reliable team player.

Transportation:

Must have a reliable personal vehicle for field-related duties.

Experience:

Previous experience in a real estate, administrative, or marketing support role is preferred.
