Job Description

Responsibilities:

Answering phones, taking memos and maintaining files In charge of sending and receiving payments, as well as greeting clients and customers Communicating and sending claims to various insurance companies Assisting physiotherapists as needed with modality preparation Distributing information within the office Keeping the clinic clean and orderly Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 10am - 6pm and alternating Saturdays
Skills:

Familiar with Microsoft Office software like Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and more Strong communication and organization skills Familiar with processing claims with insurance companies Experience with Clinic Master is an asset
Education

Medical Office Assistant graduate or related preferred

Must be friendly, energetic, and with a positive attitude towards clients and co-workers Must be willing to learn
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
