Part Time Addiction Counselor
Job Description
Company Summary We are a Christian based addiction and mental health treatment center that provides quality private in patient treatment, founded in 2009. Our focus is to provide top notch, individualized, affordable high quality treatment in a comfortable atmosphere. We provide treatment for both men and women, focusing on one on one sessions and SMALL circle groups rather than large classroom settings. *Preference will be given to those whom include a cover letter stating why they are interested in the position and experience with addiction counseling. Main objective: To provide individualized addiction and mental health counseling within a team environment. Expectations:
- Strong understanding of Addiction Treatment
- Maintain Flexible hours in order to meet clients needs, including working on/off scheduled hours to aid in family calls, client situations, and staff requiring assistance in dealing with clients.
- Fit into your schedule aftercare sessions when client initiates and requests a session.
- Fit into your schedule family sessions.
- Be in consistent communication with Program manager with scheduling session needs, and recommendations
- Regular Verbal updates on client progress or concerns with Management
- Maintains communication with Ceo\xe2\x80\x99s
- Understand Program levels and maintain 1on1 requirements of each program levels..
- Uphold and fulfill all facility policies, rules and regulations.
- Day shift
