Job Summary & Key Responsibilities

The part-time academic will be responsible for teaching: SLWK 3130 Sec 01, \xe2\x80\x9cGender Based Violence\xe2\x80\x9d. The course will be offered in the Winter Term, from January-April 2024. NOTE: This is an on-campus course. To confirm class times and locations, please refer to the .

The part-time academic will be responsible for all aspects of teaching and administering the course, including preparing and delivering lectures and preparation and grading of assignments. In addition, the part-time academic should expect to be engaged in course preparations for one-two months preceding course delivery.

Qualifications/Requirements of Position

Practice experience with knowledge base of theories, research, and clinical and policy practices related to gender based violence. A Master of Social Work degree, or higher, and previous teaching experience, preferred.
Salary Range/Pay Rate Per CUPE Collective Agreement
