Job Summary & Key Responsibilities
LEIS 2492 - Counselling for Health and Well-Being, Winter 2026
For a detailed description of each course, please refer to the course description in the 2025/2026 Academic Calendar (timetable listings subject to change). The successful applicant is responsible for all aspects of teaching, grading and administration of the class including planning and directing classroom-based activities, marking assignments and providing tutorial support to the students as required during the respective terms.

Qualifications/Requirements of Position
Graduate degree in Kinesiology, Health Promotion or Recreation and Leisure Studies with demonstrated teaching ability preferred.
Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist (CTRS) credential and demonstrated teaching ability is preferred
Salary Range/Pay Rate
Per CUPE Collective Agreement
