Job Summary & Key Responsibilities

WORK ASSIGNMENT: PHYT 5103 Movement and Exercise Science ([Fall term, September 5 - December 19, inclusive of Exam Period] (Multiple Positions)

DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The laboratory demonstrator/instructor will assist the course professor by teaching physical assessment, documentation, and treatment practical skills and techniques in the laboratory component of this course for Year I MSc PT students. The laboratory demonstrator/instructor may also be asked to act as an examiner in mid-term and final practical exams and evaluate the students\' performance throughout the course and in these exams. Some additional hours may be required for preparation time and limited meeting time with the professor.
Qualifications/Requirements of Position

Candidates must be familiar with theoretical and practical knowledge of Human Movement Science. A Master\'s degree with a research focus in human movement science is preferred along with experience in the musculoskeletal health.
Salary Range/Pay Rate In accordance with CUPE agreement
