Responsibilities

Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) for inventory management. Assist in training new sales staff on best practices and product knowledge. Stay updated on market trends to identify new sales opportunities.

Skills

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Previous experience in retail sales is preferred. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building relationships. Familiarity with order fulfillment processes is a plus. Mechanical Knowledge is preferred.
