Duties and Responsibilities:

• Help determine, obtain, and suggest heavy duty parts for customers or full service within branch or central warehouse.
• Special order parts on an emergency basis when necessary and appropriate
• Answer customers\xe2\x80\x99 questions about products, prices, availability, product catalogs and features
• Determine sales price for customers for each sale in accordance with company procedure
• Handle warranty or defective parts for customers in accordance with company procedure
• Process approved credits for customer when merchandise is returned

Qualifications & Experience:

• High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate)
• 1 -2 years experience in a heavy-duty parts sales role or similar role preferred
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills- both written & verbal
• Basic computer skills (Windows, Google, Outlook)
• Knowledge of heavy-duty truck, trailer and/or agriculture parts an asset
• Prior experience sourcing parts and product information through online vendors or catalogues an asset
