We are currently seeking a skilled Parts Advisor to join our expanding team.

The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the automotive industry, along with expertise in sourcing industry related products and tooling. Knowledge of aftermarket performance parts and accessories is highly desirable. As a Parts Advisor, you will be responsible for sourcing, ordering, and managing inventory of automotive parts, industrial products, tooling, aftermarket performance parts, and accessories.

Responsibilities:



Source and order automotive parts, industrial products, tooling, aftermarket performance parts, and accessories for various projects. Manage inventory of automotive parts, industrial products, tooling, aftermarket performance parts, and accessories, ensuring optimal stock levels. Organize displays of automotive parts, industrial products, tooling, aftermarket performance parts, and accessories for accessibility and visibility. Provide expert advice and recommendations to customers based on industry knowledge, including aftermarket solutions. Maintain accurate records of inventory, orders, and expenditures. Uphold a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:



Minimum 2-5 years of experience as a Parts Advisor or similar role in the automotive industry.

5 years of experience in the customer service industry.

Experience in sourcing and ordering automotive parts, industrial products, tooling, aftermarket performance parts, and accessories. Comprehensive knowledge of automotive parts and components, with a strong emphasis on aftermarket performance parts and accessories. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and commitment to quality. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with computerized inventory management systems.
