SMS Equipment is hiring Parts Technicians from 2nd-year apprentices to Journeypersons. Work alongside experienced tradespeople and make sure heavy machinery and job sites stay moving.

Your Role

Provide accurate parts and pricing information to customers Source alternative options when OEM parts are unavailable Maintain inventory: identify, catalogue, order, inspect, sort, and handle stock Complete all documentation including invoicing, order tracking, shipping/receiving, and data entry Support CORE returns, inventory counts, and warehouse inspections

What You Bring

Previous experience as a Parts Technician in a heavy equipment or industrial setting Currently in an apprenticeship (2nd-year or higher) or a fully certified Journeyperson Strong commitment to safety Excellent attention to detail and time management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision Solid knowledge of MS Office and computerized inventory systems Proven customer service focus and effective communication skills
